Rajabahadur V Arcot has around 50 years of design, engineering, project management, marketing, and senior executive experience. He has held C-level positions in leading companies (global and domestic), such as ARC Advisory Group, Honeywell, Thermax, Bells Controls an affiliate of the erstwhile Foxboro, now Schneider, Electronics Corporation of India Limited, and Instrumentation Limited. His industry experience, in the industrial automation domain, includes product design, application & system design engineering, project engineering, marketing, & corporate management, and establishment of profit centers and their management. He has extensive experience in turnkey execution of automation projects.

He has provided strategic consulting services & executive briefings, conducted programs and seminars on technology & industry trends, OT / IT solutions, and skill & workforce development, carried market research, and written industry reports, articles, case studies, and white papers. He has also authored two books. Widely travelled, Rajabahadur is a postgraduate from the University of Mysore and holds M.Sc. degree in physics – electronics. Rajabahadur’s present interests cover critical infrastructure industry control systems cyber security, sustainable manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), digital transformation, and professional & skill competency development.
