Matt Gregory is Managing Director Software, Northern Europe at Infios and responsible for strategy and operations for WMS, Voice, Simulation and AMR in Northern Europe. 

Gregory has played a key part in establishing Infios’s WMS, Voice and Simulation solutions in the EMEA region. With over 17 years’ experience in the supply chain industry, he has helped businesses across various sectors maximize their warehouses’ operational efficiency and improve user satisfaction. Prior to Infios, Gregory led the sales, pre-sales and marketing professionals within Voiteq UK, which was acquired by Infios in 2018. Two years later, Gregory became Managing Director for Voice and AMR in the UK, completing the integration of the business within Infios. In 2022, Gregory took over responsibility for the software business of the Infios Business Area Supply Chain in Northern Europe, integrating the WMS, Voice, Simulation and AMR business together as ONE Infios, covering the UK, Benelux, Nordics and South Africa.  

In his roles, he has helped businesses in solving complex logistics challenges. He also worked in various roles for technology specialist Honeywell, driving their voice solution business in Europe. 

Focusing on the importance of the human factor, Gregory has assisted over 350 businesses in creating more efficient, productive and safer supply chains
